1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the EbisuMart online store at:
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The seller and website operator is:
EbisuMart, Wu
Rue de Lausanne 65

Switzerland
Business Identification Number (UID): CHE-217.302.143

2. Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their main characteristics, quantity, size, colour, ingredients or other relevant information.
Product images are provided for illustration and identification purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, packaging updates and the customer’s screen settings.
The product delivered will correspond to the product description and selected variation shown at the time of ordering.
Packaging, labels or minor design details may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice, provided that the product itself remains substantially the same.
Customers should carefully read the product description, ingredients, warnings and usage instructions before purchase and use.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).
The price shown on the product page is the selling price applicable at the time the order is placed.
EbisuMart is currently not registered for Swiss VAT. VAT is therefore not shown or charged separately.
Any applicable shipping costs are displayed separately before the customer confirms the order.
The total amount payable, including products and shipping charges, is shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, technical or typographical errors. If such an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before processing the order.
Swiss online stores should present the actual price in CHF and disclose taxes, delivery charges, payment terms and delivery times before the sale is concluded.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Products displayed on the website constitute an invitation to place an order and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer.
The customer submits a binding order by completing the checkout process and clicking the final order or payment button.
After the order is submitted, the customer will normally receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This email confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
The sales contract is concluded when:
- we confirm that the order has been accepted;
- the order is marked as processing or completed; or
- the products are dispatched,
whichever occurs first.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- unavailable stock;
- incorrect product or price information;
- unsuccessful or suspicious payment;
- suspected fraud or misuse;
- an incomplete or invalid delivery address;
- a request for delivery outside Switzerland; or
- circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:
- credit or debit card;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay; and
- other payment methods made available through WooPayments or our payment service providers.
Payment must be successfully authorised before the order is processed.
Payments are handled by third-party payment service providers. EbisuMart does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is correct and that the payment method is authorised for use.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order if payment is refused, reversed, disputed or identified as potentially fraudulent.
6. Delivery area
We currently deliver within Switzerland only.
Orders with a delivery address outside Switzerland cannot be completed.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. EbisuMart is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
7. Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Switzerland costs:
CHF 6.90
Shipping is free when the qualifying order value is:
CHF 49.00 or more
The free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the value of eligible products after applicable discounts and before any shipping charge.
The applicable shipping charge and total order amount are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
8. Processing and delivery times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, delivery within Switzerland usually takes approximately 2–4 business days.
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- weekends or public holidays;
- peak sales periods;
- carrier delays;
- severe weather;
- incorrect delivery information;
- supply interruptions; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where available, shipping or tracking information will be sent to the customer by email.
If an order is returned to us because it was unclaimed or because the customer supplied an incorrect address, we may charge the reasonable cost of reshipping it.
9. Inspection of deliveries
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a product is missing, damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, the customer should contact:
support@ebisumart.ch
Please provide:
- the order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label where relevant.
Visible damage, incorrect products or missing items should preferably be reported within 7 days of delivery so that the issue can be investigated promptly.
This reporting period does not remove any mandatory rights the customer may have under applicable Swiss law.
10. Voluntary return policy
Swiss law does not generally provide an automatic right to change one’s mind after an ordinary online purchase. A seller may voluntarily provide a return right, but its conditions must be stated clearly.
EbisuMart voluntarily allows customers to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below.
Before returning any product, the customer must contact:
support@ebisumart.ch
A return is accepted only when the product is:
- unused;
- unopened;
- complete;
- in its original packaging;
- in resalable condition; and
- returned with any accessories, labels and documentation supplied with it.
The customer must package returned products securely.
Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
11. Products excluded from voluntary returns
For hygiene, health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned under the voluntary return policy once opened, unsealed, used or tested:
- cosmetics;
- skincare products;
- personal-care products;
- hygiene-sensitive products;
- sealed products whose protective seal has been removed;
- products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.
The voluntary return policy also does not apply to:
- products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling;
- incomplete products;
- products without their original packaging;
- personalised or specially ordered products;
- gift cards or digital products, where applicable; or
- clearance products expressly marked as non-returnable, unless defective.
These exclusions do not apply where a product was supplied damaged, defective or incorrectly.
12. Return shipping costs
For a voluntary return where the customer has changed their mind, the customer is responsible for:
- return shipping costs;
- appropriate packaging; and
- the risk of loss or damage during return transport.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
If the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by EbisuMart, we will provide appropriate instructions and bear reasonable return costs where applicable.
13. Refunds
Returned products will be inspected after receipt.
If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be made using the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
For voluntary returns:
- the product price will be refunded;
- the original standard shipping cost is normally non-refundable; and
- return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Where the entire order is returned because of our error or because all products were defective or incorrect, reasonable shipping costs may also be refunded.
We may reduce or refuse a refund if the returned product is used, damaged, incomplete, unsealed or otherwise no longer in resalable condition, except where the issue resulted from a defect or our error.
14. Defective products and warranty rights
Products must correspond to their description and be free from material defects at the time of delivery.
If a product is defective, the customer should contact us promptly and provide the information reasonably needed to assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include:
- replacement;
- refund;
- partial refund; or
- another reasonable solution agreed with the customer.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits mandatory customer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Swiss law.
Damage caused by the following is not considered a product defect:
- improper use;
- failure to follow instructions or warnings;
- normal wear and tear;
- accidental damage;
- unsuitable storage;
- unauthorised alteration; or
- use of the product for a purpose for which it was not intended.
15. Availability and stock
All orders are subject to product availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If an ordered product is unavailable, we may:
- cancel the affected product and refund it;
- offer an appropriate alternative, subject to the customer’s approval; or
- cancel and refund the entire order where necessary.
We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s consent.
16. Customer accounts
Customers may be able to place an order as a guest or create a customer account.
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping login details confidential;
- preventing unauthorised use of their account; and
- notifying us if they suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
17. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, including any:
- validity period;
- minimum order value;
- product exclusions;
- customer eligibility requirements; or
- usage limits.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- codes cannot be applied retrospectively; and
- discounts do not apply to shipping costs.
We may cancel a discount or order where a promotion has been used fraudulently, contrary to its conditions or because of an obvious technical error.
18. Intellectual property
The EbisuMart name, website design, logo, original text, photographs and other original content are owned by EbisuMart or used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
Product names, trademarks, characters, packaging, designs and other materials belonging to manufacturers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
19. Data protection and cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our:
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy
We process information necessary to manage orders, payments, deliveries, customer accounts, communications, returns, security and legal obligations.
Customers can manage optional Cookie preferences using the consent tools available on the website.
20. Liability
EbisuMart is responsible for direct damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, EbisuMart is not responsible for damage caused by:
- incorrect use of a product;
- failure to follow product instructions or warnings;
- information incorrectly supplied by the customer;
- outages or interruptions outside our reasonable control;
- third-party delivery or payment services;
- malware, unauthorised access or other events despite reasonable security measures; or
- force-majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
21. Force majeure
EbisuMart is not responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- epidemics or public-health restrictions;
- fire or flooding;
- strikes;
- transport disruption;
- power or internet outages;
- government measures;
- import or supply restrictions;
- carrier interruptions; or
- failures of third-party service providers.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and fulfil or refund affected orders as appropriate.
22. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, prices, policies, legal obligations or business practices change.
The version applicable to an order is the version displayed and accepted by the customer when the order is placed.
Changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, where possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original lawful purpose.
24. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and all contracts concluded through the EbisuMart website are governed by Swiss law.
Any mandatory consumer-protection rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
Subject to such mandatory rules, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts at the registered place of business of EbisuMart in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
