Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us at support@ebisumart.ch before returning any item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare products, personal care products, and other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
