If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ebisumart.ch with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returns are accepted only for unused items in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
